YES. You can always resubmit anytime before the deadline. Use the same email you use for the previous submission and keep your documents size below 10MB. It is advisable that you indicate your final submission in your file name for easy identification from any other submission(s).

NO. The scholarship committee will not consider your applications at all if your CGPA is below 4.0.

The CGPA of greater than 4.0 is only important to qualify for application. The ultimate decision of the scholarship committee will be based on the strength of your evidence for financial needs. Therefore, your major responsibility is to convince the committee that you are indeed in financial needs more than other applicants.

YES. apply if you think you are academically excellent but indigent. You can use whatever results you have to demonstrate academic excellence. Examples are WASSCE, UTME, post UTME, etc. Typically, you should have at least five distinctions (B or A) in your WASSCE to be considered academically excellent.

NO YOU can upload as much evidence as you have. No document is compulsory.
But your goal is to use whatever documents you provide to convince the scholarship committee that you are academically excellent (CGPA > 4.0) but indigent.

For example, you can use your results (transcript) and letter from your HOD or advisor to prove academic excellence (CGPA > 4.0). You can prove indigent in diverse ways such as explaining in your personal letter your financial condition in a way that it will be clear that you are indigent, getting a reference letter from a respectable/reliable person who can comment on you and your family’s financial state, submitting financial documents etc.
