What we do
Three pathways to stronger leadership.
FEAT Leadership Institute focuses on creating spaces where people can learn, reflect and develop a firm foundation for leadership.
02
Retreats for ministers and leaders
We organize retreats for ministers and leaders—dedicated opportunities to pause, reconnect with purpose and invest in leadership growth.
03
Biblical leadership school
We organize leadership school built around core biblical leadership principles to encourage purposeful, values-led leadership.
Our approach
Lead from conviction. Serve with purpose.
Leadership is more than a position. FEAT-LEAD’s work centers on biblical foundations and intentional opportunities for believers, ministers and leaders to grow.
Strong foundations shape purposeful leaders.
Through foundation schools, leadership retreats and biblical leadership training, FEAT-LEAD creates opportunities to deepen understanding and strengthen the way we lead and serve.
